in a fast growing law firm with the possibility of future career growth . Multi-State law firm that focuses on legal collections is seeking a strong candidate to join our Client Relations’ team. This position will be responsible for day to day client communications and swift handling of client requests and requirements. This position will play a key role with the design of a best in class client relation’s operation that includes the highest levels of customer service, quality and achievement of both internal and external goals. They will provide input as to ideas related to improving systems, processes and the client experience. Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations including all requirements and responsibilities assigned to the client relations group.
• Work closely with other internal areas that have a direct impact on client’s requests
• Ensure continuous improvement of both internal and external key client performance indicators
• Provide clients with exceptional customer service
• Create and implement initiatives that improve performance, efficiencies and quality of client relations
• Swiftly identify cause and cure of any negative performance trends and share such with the management team
• Attend client calls to review performance, trends and improvement suggestions in a collaborative manner that allows for an ongoing strong partnership and a continued future of shared success Skill/Requirements

• Performs well under pressure and in a fast-pace environment
• JST experience a plus
