Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing team in NYC. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting both external clients and internal teams in a high-performance, service-driven environment. Role:
Support daily operations and respond to client service needs across multiple channels Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including timelines and expectations Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and urgency Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with empathy and accuracy Track client requests, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system Identify at-risk clients and proactively take steps to improve satisfaction and retention Serve as a go-to problem solver and support resource for both clients and team members
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in debt settlement or related financial services. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client cases. Comfortable with basic tech tools and platforms (CRM, email tracking, shared docs) Empathetic, patient, and committed to helping clients achieve financial freedom. Professional, positive energy- you’ll be client-facing and team-supporting Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
