Customer Service Administrative Assistant Mi Tierra Multiservice corp Manhattan, NY 10022 Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Strong administrative skills
