Our Network Office team supports those Advisors and provides the critical systems & resources needed for them to achieve their entrepreneurial dream. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for supporting our clients, servicing their accounts, and identifying sales opportunities for partner Financial Representatives. The Customer Service Associate is accountable for ensuring we keep our promise of superior client servicing to all clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee operational systems and processes for our customer service team, including client transfers, department reporting, and presentation materials. Work directly with clients to service their accounts and ensure that we “keep our promise” to support clients over their lifetime. Proactively identify opportunities for activity & sales, partnering with Financial Representatives to meet department standards. Ensure our CRM database is accurate, meaning that clients are properly segmented, transferred, and assigned to the appropriate Financial Representative. Track production and activities for leads generated, case opens, factfinders, and more. Maintain the client file to ensure that all processes and methodologies are compliant with supervisory/regulatory standards. The Ideal Candidate for this position: Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, marketing or related field. Strong history of client service experience. Advanced computer/sales database knowledge. CRM Management experience. Knowledge of financial planning products. Strong organizational skills. Effective time management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced customer service skills. Willing to lift and move client files. Must be able to work well in teams. Diligent and is always striving for success.
Contract, License & Registration Requirements:
Associate Financial Representative Contract. Life Insurance license (must obtain within 90 days of hiring). NMIS Registration (Series 6/7 and 63).
