Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Insurance Operations Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations and ensure our clients receive responsive, accurate, and empathetic service. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and deliver a seamless customer experience. This is primarily remote position, but in the NYC office 1-2 days a week initially.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound client inquiries via phone and email Process policy changes, billing updates, and service requests Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate records in our internal systems Identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
2-5 years of experience in customer service or insurance operations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in insurance (P&C, health, or life) is a plus Located in or near New York City is ideal
