Your Role:
Handle customer service for parents using a nutrition/health product or service. You’re the main contact when parents have questions, complaints, or need help.
Daily tasks:
Answer parent questions via phone, email, chat, etc. Handle complaints about product quality or health concerns Process refunds and replacements Tag and categorize each customer interaction for data tracking Escalate complex issues to specialists Identify patterns in customer problems and suggest improvements Make sure all customer communications match company messaging
Requirements:
2+ years customer service experience with consumers Nutrition or health industry background preferred Strong communication and writing skills Detail-oriented Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office CRM software experience (Gorgias or Zendesk) preferred Apply here: Principals only.
