Data Client Support Analyst
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in an Engineering field, plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related position.
DESCRIPTION
Be the primary contact for support with Product, Engineering and Client Advocacy teams to handle and maintain a high level of client satisfaction on data-related issues. Partner with clients and third parties to utilize and troubleshoot client inquiries related to data feeds and product features. Investigate and troubleshoot client-reported bugs and data processing issues, and triage with Engineering & Product when needed. Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by clients. Work with sophisticated data sets to identify and resolve client issues. Prioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous issues, seeing each through to the finish line. Help identify, triage, and escalate problems that arise within the company’s financial software platform. Help ensure client satisfaction and address client-specific issues. Be an authority on all things related to the company’s technical functionality and capabilities.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1 year of experience using Python to automate regulatory reporting and trade reconciliation processes.
- 1 year of experience building Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) pipelines using Python, Alteryx and SQL to process and integrate data from various sources into a relational database for reporting.
- 1 year of experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, employing analytical problem-solving techniques.
- 1 year of experience building dashboards in Tableau for real-time asset monitoring and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on risk mitigation.
- 1 year of experience applying Agile project management principles to ETL system development, process automation, and dashboard creation.
- Telecommuting from anywhere in the United States is allowed.
RATE OF PAY
$99,000 to $158,000 per year
