We’re hiring a Florist Assistant / Customer Service team member to help with customer communication , flower prep , and delivery coordination in our Chelsea studio.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide recommendations for floral arrangements for various occasions Assist florists in flower preparation and arrangement Help coordinate and manage daily flower deliveries Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Interest in flowers or floral design is a plus Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
