Long Island Care Specialist:

$21

• 24 per hour (Hybrid) Prefer experience as a CNA, MA, Community Health Worker, or Peer Support Specialist HS Diploma or GED required Hybrid schedule
• Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, 75
• 90% in the field, remaining remote EMR/EHR experience preferred Electronic equipment provided + travel reimbursed!

Community Outreach Specialist:

$21

• 24 per hour (Hybrid) Must be confident, outgoing, personable. Receptionist/medical services or sales experience preferred Hybrid schedule
• Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, 75% remote and 25% in office Electronic equipment provided + travel reimbursed!

Care Navigator:

$21

• 24 per hour (Remote) 3+ years of experience as a patient representative in an outpatient healthcare setting HS Diploma or GED required Knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology preferred Strong tech proficiency required

Certified Medical Coder:

$60,000

• 65,000 per year (Hybrid) Minimum of 2 years of coding experience required HS Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred Certification in Professional Coding (CPC) required / Certification in Risk Adjustment Coding (CRC) preferred Must be able to work several days per week out of headquarters in

Hauppauge, NY Clinical Solutions Specialist:

$85,000

• 90,000 per year (Remote) Healthcare-related Bachelor’s degree required Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and/or related certifications preferred Practical experience in primary care, population health, mental health, substance use, and social determinants of health Clinical and non-clinical team education and training experience

Patient Access Representative:

$17 per hour (Remote) HS Diploma or GED required Prior experience in customer support/call center required; experience with health insurance and medical terminology preferred Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening Technologically savvy, with the ability to adapt to various digital systems
