KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Client Success to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Support the Solution team to develop a client success management approach for RFPs.
Develop materials and assist new business pursuit teams in the presentation of client success management activities/disciplines during orals
Build and maintain high trust relationships with client stakeholders. Provide consultative guidance relative to best use of KPMG Managed Services solutions and proper governance which includes planning, change management and status reporting on operations; Become a trusted advisor and leverage strong business relationships to retain and expand KPMG’s relationship and solution footprint with respective clients.
Facilitate strategic Quarterly Business Reviews, maintaining strong alignment with client business goals and objectives; Be aware and take proactive actions to ensure respective clients are consistently receiving maximum value from KPMG Managed Services solutions.
Collaborate with delivery teams, solution management and delivery leadership to drive service improvement plans where needed while overseeing client service invoicing, conduct Service Health Checks and Contract Change Order Management; Manage client relationships and accounts including proactive issue identification, risks to client satisfaction and escalation, as appropriate, to delivery and solution leadership.
Provide updates to solution teams on new client opportunities, Service Performance Management Reporting and client Satisfaction Management to ensure it adheres to KPMG managed service compliance processes.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience in an external client-facing relationship and account management capacity is required, prior experience working in a Managed Services capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, shepherding client engagements and assessing client satisfaction; Ability to recognize key business stakeholders and develop a trusted advisor relationship with those stakeholders; Ability to identify business needs, challenges, pain-points and opportunities which lead to expansion opportunities that would benefit both clients and KPMG; Ability to perform process-based performance benchmarking with strong analytical skills, strategic focus, broad-based business judgment, proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness and leadership abilities.
Strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills with an ability to control a room; Strong understanding of functional business areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.
Demonstrated track record of experience in operational performance management and continuous improvement experience
Ability to travel as necessary.
