Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness. (Through WeChat, GoDaddy chat box, etc.) Schedule daily class timetables and assist customers in arranging and registering for courses and check-in. Understand client needs and requirements, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address issues and enhance client satisfaction. Event planning involves defining the event’s goals, managing budgets and logistics, coordinating vendors, promoting the event, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day itself.

Data Management:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes. Social CRM Integration Integrate social media platforms to capture and leverage social interactions. Develop strategies for extracting valuable customer data from social media channels and incorporating it into the CRM database. Marketing projects Sales Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage potential clients. Assist with prospect outreach, lead follow-up, and introducing service offerings. Support upselling and cross-selling efforts by identifying additional service opportunities for existing clients. Track sales activities, analyze conversion rates, and report on sales performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree, especially with a focus on sports or athletic administration, is a strong plus. GPA is required to be higher than 3.5. Proven experience in client services, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent client service. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Project management skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts. Sales experiences will be a plus.
