Temp Planner – Affiliate Customer Service (Hybrid – NYC) Madison Avenue, NYC |

Hybrid:

3 days in-office (Tues & Wed mandatory + 1 flexible day) Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm | Up to $30/hour | Start ASAP We’re seeking a detail-oriented Temp Planner to support our Affiliate Customer Service team while a team member is on maternity leave. In this role, you’ll work closely with international affiliates and internal departments to manage orders, track shipments, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of Shiseido products.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as main contact for international affiliates Process and validate monthly orders Manage product allocations for launches and limited editions Resolve order, shipment, and allocation discrepancies Collaborate with supply planning, logistics, and distribution teams Analyze sales and shipment data; generate reports

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in order management, operations, or sales admin Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP required) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with SAP or ERP systems (a plus) Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities Bachelor’s degree preferred Apply now if you’re ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, global environment.
