Job Description
The Client Services Specialist provides administrative support to the Legal & Compliance Department, with a focus on supporting the Client Services team. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries and provide administrative support. This individual is someone who can communicate assertively with other department staff and who absorbs information quickly and thoroughly. The Specialist is detail-oriented, will manage competing priorities and provide general support to the team. This is a part-time (3 days per week), remote position with an hourly rate of $35/hour. Spence-Chapin is a non-profit organization based in New York City that has been providing adoption services and adoption support for more than 110 years.
