Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Customer Service Representative to join our team in downtown Manhattan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional and efficient support via phone and chat. You will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and chats professionally, responding to customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to callers, following defined scripts and workflows.
- Engage language translation services for nine languages using a third-party tool when needed.
- Log all customer interactions into the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
- Research and resolve customer issues using available resources such as knowledge bases and scripts.
- Identify customer problems and follow scripts to provide timely resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexibility with scheduling is essential, as business hours are 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including weekends.
- Please specify if you have any scheduling constraints or if you are fully flexible for any shifts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM and ITSM tools (training provided).

Location & Commute:
This is an onsite position located in downtown Manhattan, close to the World Trade Center. The office is easily accessible via public transportation, including the PATH train from Jersey City, NJ, and Newark, NJ.
