Role DescriptionThe company is looking for someone who is professional and friendly to be a first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the office. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Gem Agency in Clinton, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, following up with clients to assist them with their insurance policies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, greeting and directing walk in customers and helping to keep the office running smoothly.
QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approachAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in general computer skills and MS OfficeFriendly and energeticAbility to work in a team environmentWage$15.50 – $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours8:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
