Working knowledge of call center tools such as CRM (CustomerRelationship Management software) and phone tools (Salesforceexperience preferred) Ability to handle between 60-70 phonecalls/cases per day while maintaining a positive/responsiveattitude with the customer Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce,PIC, and Windchill systems is desired. A background in Residentialand Commercial HVAC applications, products, and systems, and theability to read basic technical drawings is desired. Excellentcustomer service skills Strong written and oral communicationskills Proficient in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel) Stronganalytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

EducationQualification :
