In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing insurance policies, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Assist with day-to-day operations and deliver responsive, high-quality client service Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Claims teams to support growth and client retention Serve as the go-to contact for client and carrier escalations Support compliance efforts, service plan development, and process improvements Occasionally travel to client locations as needed What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance Active New York State Property & Casualty License preferred Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail Organized, adaptable, and client-focused Committed to continuous improvement and leadership development Why Join Us?
