Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic customer care coordinator who is detailed-oriented and customer focused. This role requires excellent listening and communication skills, ability to understand business strategy and technology to drive existing business growth, enhance sales effectiveness, and support the delivery of IT service solution proposals. This role serves as a critical link between clients, internal teams, and external vendors and distributors. The ideal candidate will possess an ability to build executive-level relationships and contribute strategically to sales initiatives while ensuring compliance and confidentiality standards are upheld, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and vendors to ensure alignment and seamless communication. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and work towards resolution. Analyze prospective business objectives and work with technologists to craft tailored IT service solutions to meet their client’s business’ goals. Continuously improve sales processes to enhance engagement, efficiency, and overall client experience. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that align with both client needs and organizational capabilities. Manage order, track/update status, communicate lead times, deadlines, and project progress to their clients. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Negotiate contract renewals. Close new business opportunities (cross & upsell), ensuring alignment with both client expectations and the Infinit operational standards. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and direction of the organization.
Qualifications:
Associates of Arts/Science in Psychology, Business, Marketing, or Technology Experience in strategic sales, solutions consulting, or business development role (preferably in IT or professional services). Understanding of IT services, business operations, and client engagement strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Familiarity with compliance and confidentiality standards, including state and federal regulations, is a plus.
