• We are currently hiring a customer service representative to assist operations at authorized locations.

The ideal applicant has communications skills, professionalism, and works well with others.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Process sales using hand held devices or stationary cash register station
• Provide friendly, courteous service while greeting guests
• Acknowledge and provide information to customer inquiries
• Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
• Bag purchases and handle merchandise returns or exchanges
• Count money at the end of each shift and reconcile cash drawers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise

Employment Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
