Customer Service Associate Position Available In Onondaga, New York

Customer Service Associate Fibison Cleaners 6837 E Genesee St, Fayetteville, NY 13066 We are looking for afternoon/evening (3-6pm) counter help. Two to three shifts per week and rotating Saturdays (10-15 hours per week based on your availability/interest.) The atmosphere is pleasant/relaxed. The work-load is light. There is typically “down-time” that can be filled with study or homework, so it is great job for High School or College Students. It is also good fit for retirees or anyone looking to get out of the house and be productive for a few hours each week. No experience is needed. We will train. It is a great job to develop or utilize Customer Service Skills. Additional hours may be available for employees willing to work at additional locations… Responsibilities Promptly greet and tend to customers. Receive incoming work and accurately communicate customer wishes to production staff using proper methods. Retrieve customer orders and collect payment. Meet personal/customer service team production standards Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
