Full Job Description Summary :

Exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team! We are looking to fill several Customer Service/Sales Representative roles for our Syracuse and Utica locations. The shift is from 10am-7pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities :

Speak with customers about solar credits available Educate customers on our solar energy and green energy products Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner Assist customers with product information and recommendations Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Skills :

Excellent communication skills- bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus! Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through upselling techniques Friendly and professional demeanor Experience in outbound/cold calling or sales is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
