Our goal is to provide expert garment care and superior customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic team members to work in our Westvale location. We need friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented people seeking part-time hours that are available Monday – Friday from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm AND Saturdays from 9 am to 2pm. If you enjoy providing outstanding service and are highly professional with a gift for making others happy, we want you to join our team.
Job Duties Requirements:
Strong customer service orientation, detail-oriented, ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality, strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires inspecting customer clothing at drop-off for stains, damage, etc.; checking in customer clothing using a touch-screen computer system; communicating with customers in person and over the phone; accurately placing items for quick and easy return to customers; Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs; Must have reliable transportation.
