With our established outreach processes and a unique advantage in local knowledge, we provide a sales service that attracts some of the most prominent names in the technology industry. We are looking to hire a business-oriented Entry Level Client Representative to work with our most recent client, AT&T. The Entry Level Client Representative position is a diverse role that focuses on providing in-person customer service, sales, and communications for our client, AT&T. As an Entry Level Client Representative, you will delve into the business side of the telecommunications industry and learn how to manage sales in a retail setting. Working with other Entry Level Client Representatives and the Sales Management teams will allow for long-term knowledge and problem solving skills that will assist in this position as well.

Entry Level Client Representative Responsibilities:

Introduce the client services to interested customers in a face-to-face retail environment, providing them with information crucial to their sales decisions Ensure proper knowledge of the telecommunications industry and client products and services in order to answer any possible questions that may arise Attend Entry Level Client Representative meetings to collaborate on local trends and build a solid understanding of client goals and purpose Provide additional customer service and support resources during and after sales Implement Entry Level Client Representative protocol when completing sales, including utilizing client-provided materials to ensure safety and confidentiality with customer information Construct proper game plans with other Entry Level Client Representatives and Management team members to maintain efficiency for the next day

Entry Level Client Representative Qualifications:

Background in customer service, sales, business management, communications, or client relations is preferred Professional and friendly communication Experience working with a team, in sports, leadership, school, or other The ability to attend in-office Entry Level Client Representative meetings and other collaborative projects Problem-solving and critical thinking skills necessary to assist in customer service Knowledge of the local region is a plus but not required
