Ensuring that all actions are in compliance with company policies Keeping calls on-task and ensuring efficient use of call handle time Demonstrating effective questioning/listening skills when speaking with customers Using probing questions and leveraging information obtained to ensure productive solution efforts Documenting all conversations effectively in our Sales force Applications and Client database. Excellent Customer Service. Time-management and multitasking skills Solid typing and data entry skills Previous call center, customer service, and/or sales experience is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently
