Position Specific Responsibilities :

Manage client onboarding process. Conduct training for new and existing clients. Create training documentation as needed. Become a product expert with our software offerings. Respond to client requests for assistance through phone, email and screen sharing. Assist in testing software releases containing new features and bug fixes. Create tickets in our ticketing system for every incident and escalating them when necessary. Account Management duties and functions. Desired Skills & Experiences Passionate about providing a world class customer experience. Excellent time management, communication, and problem solving skills. Attention to detail a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in creating training documentation. Knowledge of SQL querying a plus. At least 3 years of experience in customer support. At least 1 year of sales/CRM experience a plus.
