Job Overview We are seeking a multifaceted, fast-learning individual to join our growing team in a unique, cross-functional role. This full-time position is a blend of customer service, fulfillment logistics, and laboratory support , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their workday. This role is vital to both our front-end customer experience and back-end production process . You’ll be working across departments to support customer interactions, sales follow-up, inventory management, and laboratory operations in compliance with cGMP standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Fulfillment & Laboratory Support Fulfill and ship orders according to SOP and cGMP guidelines Label and fill bottles with product; maintain clean and accurate inventory Assist with purchasing materials and stocking supplies Support general lab tasks in a cGMP regulated setting including cleaning, sanitizing, sample preparation & storage 2.
