Job Description:
In this role you will:
- Be customer focused, able to multi-task in a high volumemunity counseling center
- Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling client appointments
- Setting up charts, filing, archiving, purging charts, and billing for medical services s
- Registering new clients for services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role
- Haveputer skills and experience working with electronic health records
- Possess excellentmunication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
