You’ll be at the forefront of our communication and the glue between our team and customers.
Answer Calls & Inquiries:
Warmly greet customers, gather information, and guide them to solutions.
Schedule & Dispatch:
Balance technician schedules with customer needs to keep things running smoothly.
Update Records:
Keep customer details accurate and up-to-date in our system.
Follow Up Post-Service:
Ensure every customer feels valued and wants to call us again.
Team Coordination:
Keep everyone aligned from the office to the field. What You Need to Succeed 2+ years in a customer-facing role (HVAC or home services a plus!) Strong verbal communication and typing skills (45 WPM minimum) Comfortable using tools like ServiceTitan or similar platforms Reliable transportation to work in the office M-F 9-5 Willing to take a drug test How We Take Care of Our Team The pay for the Customer Service Rep is $24 – $30 per hour, based on experience.
