WE ARE ACCEPTING WALK-INS!
•DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Maintains process integrity by inputting Data Entry ID and each customer’s Account Number, followed by the customer’s specific return claim amount by title, by day. Monitors system acceptance/rejection of claims and compares Return Form to system account data. Monitors system for customer exceptions and/or reason-codes exceptions. Notes discrepancies on Return Forms, as required. Escalates high volume discrepancies and barcode issues to supervisor. Cross-trains to handle inbound/outbound customer service inquiries, as defined in training manual, including coordinating issue resolution between customers, drivers (independent contractors), NDA Sales reps or personnel. Performs weekly review of retailer invoices/collection status for assigned routes, and completes all necessary follow-up including order changes, billing disputes, delivery and collection issues, and other required communications with route drivers and retailers. Makes outbound calls to follow-up on account issues; service changes; new product roll-outs; holiday closings; etc., and as directed by Management. Performs data entry related to maintenance of accounts in NDA’s Customer Information System. Maintains company files of bills, return forms and other documents deemed necessary by Management. May provide backup to other departments. Complies with all safety and employment policies, including attendance, and the responsibilities outlined in the NDA Employee Handbook and Safety Manual. Performs the Essential Duties of the job and other duties as requested by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1-3 years of similar experience. Must be detail-oriented, able to take direction well and work efficiently. Requires good phone, organizational and math skills plus the ability to multi-task. Able to work flexible shifts, based on the volume of weekly returns. Ability to quickly learn company-specific computer applications and telephone system. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English; plus, Spanish or additional languages, preferred. •
