Part Time P & C Insurance Associate (Mandarin speaking required) P & C Insurance Company Flushing, NY 11354 Job description P&C Personal Lines / Account Associate (Mandarin Speaking Required) – Part-Time Morning or Afternoon Shift (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) or (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused P&C Personal Lines Account Associate to join our team on a part-time shift . This part-time position offers two shift options: morning shift (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) or afternoon shift (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) . The role focuses on personal home and auto insurance within the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals with an associate’s degree who are eager to start their career in the insurance industry. Mandarin-speaking skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to provide support on personal home and auto insurance policies , addressing inquiries about coverage, billing, claims, and policy updates Assist in sales administration tasks, including processing new policies, renewals, and policy changes Deliver high-quality customer service, using your communication skills to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Contribute to the organization’s goal of providing exceptional service and customized P&C insurance solutions to a diverse clientele Support the team by maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely follow-ups

Qualifications:
