Marketplace Customer Service Representative ToyWiz, Inc. Suffern, NY 10901 Customer Service Positions available for an Internet toys & games retail company.

Job Details Include But Are Not Limited To:

Answering customer inquiries Processing returns Editing product information Basic office work Must be reliable, honest and self motivated. Must have basic computer skills. Familiarity with popular online marketplaces (Walmart, Amazon, eBay, etc). Bi-lingual is a major plus. Experience preferred. We are looking for someone who has good, ethical work skills, excellent phone etiquette and has a good attention to detail.

MUST BE:

Willing to work weekend and over-time hours during the holiday season Punctual and Reliable. Able to keep up in fast paced work environment We are located in Rockland County, NY, so we are looking for someone who resides locally in Rockland County or Northern New Jersey.

Job Types:
