Part-Time Client Service Associate Emerald Medicare Stony Point, NY 10980 Emerald Medicare, an experienced, trusted independent Medicare insurance broker with over 2,500 clients, is seeking a conscientious and motivated team member to join our growing practice in an ever changing industry. We’re looking for the “right fit” person who understands the value of relationships and thrives in a customer service and volume-driven environment.

You’re dependable, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Your strong work ethic and positive attitude will help you provide excellent customer service and going the extra step to assist clients and prospects. While a college degree is not required, previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills are essential. This opportunity is ideal for someone specifically seeking part-time work.

Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Schedule:

Flexible within a 4-5 day workweek (e.g., Monday-Thursday, 10 AM-3 PM)

Primarily Stony Point office, with potential for limited remote work

Key Responsibilities:
