Job Description
Customer Service/Inside Sales Water/Fire Restoration Quick Response Restoration, Inc. Round Lake, NY 12151 You will handle incoming calls, assist clients in scheduling services, and provide support throughout the restoration process. You will work closely with homeowners, insurance companies, and our field teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner Assist clients by explaining our restoration services and scheduling appointments Gather and input customer information into the CRM system accurately Communicate with field technicians, estimators, and project managers to coordinate service requests Follow up with customers to provide updates on their restoration projects Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the restoration, construction, or insurance industries Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive customer situations with empathy Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment High school diploma required; college degree preferred
