Dispatcher/Customer Service Kuno Oil Company, Inc. (Kunoco) 5830 County Route 27, Canton, NY 13617 Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep Kuno Oil Co. (Kunoco) is currently seeking a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative for our fuel operations in Canton NY. We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual with clerical and customer service experience to join our team. This position is located at our main office in Canton NY. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and focused on providing excellent customer service in alignment with our customer first values.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquires through phone, email and in person Printing delivery tickets and statements processing data into spreadsheets, word documents and other computer programs. communicating with company drivers in regards to deliveries complete price surveys, price quoting and other minor financial duties
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft office products such as word and Excel Experience with customer service

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
