Duties Description As a Supervising Labor Services Representative in the Division of Employment and Workforce Solutions, you would supervise professional and clerical staff through the development of a cohesive team that focuses on meeting Department needs by directing staff in a uniform approach and ensuring the delivery of services to the agency’s customers. You may be responsible for representing the Commissioner of Labor and the Division Director at meetings with local workforce investment boards, the local Chamber of Commerce and other community-based organizations.
