Customer Service/Retail Store Team Member Job Duties Include:

• Assisting customers in person, on the phone, or through email
• Processing customer transactions.
• Data Entry in to customer data base.
• Filing
• Maintain store, including stocking shelves, and housekeeping.
• Ability to gain strong product knowledge.
• May cross train to assist in other positions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work offsite if necessary.
• Weekends and evenings are required.
