Service Writer/Parts B & W Towing LLC Painted Post, NY 14870 B & W Towing is looking for to hire one or two individuals for this role. Please apply within. Job description Duties

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service & shop department.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments to meet customer needs.
• Assign work orders to service technicians and monitor progress.
• Ordering Parts as needed from suppliers.

• EXPERIENCE IN THIS A MUST

• Provide guidance and support to service technicians as needed
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards
• Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive service Requirements
• Proven experience in automotive service management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures for diesel and automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to transmit technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in using computer software for service writing and recordkeeping. Also diagnostic computers for repair.
• Attend all safety meetings.
