Cloud Manager Job Summary:

Entry level customer success/support representative to provide marketing support and first level technical support.

Essential Functions :
  • Learn and become proficient at all aspects of customer facing applications
  • Create marketing coupons, emails, tasks, and campaigns and provide results using software (
User Interfaces:

Customer Manager, Hoopla, Singlepoint Manager, Reporting)

  • Educate customers on how to use all applications and user interfaces o Create self-help documentation / videos on how to use new or existing features o Demo software / applications to customers
  • Investigate basic tier 1 support tickets and communicate clear and concise answers
  • Document and escalate to the Engineering team when a support ticket becomes a bug
  • Communication and customer service in all areas: Email, phone, remote video calls
Qualifications :

Professional experience working in a customer support or customer facing environment Grocery or Retail experience Work that involves performing the same simple operation over and over Ability to explain, document and communicate technical information to non-technical parties Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and remotely with little supervision, as well as, with the team Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem or need Ability to “think on your feet”, assessing and planning troubleshooting strategies and solutions while collecting information about a customer’s issue. Logical thinker, with analytical and problem-solving skills aptitude for problem-solving Ability to focus and follow-through to resolution of issues Ability to diffuse tension and work the issue at hand Self-motivated and focused with a passion for technology, customer loyalty, and grocery retail
