You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their journey with us is smooth, positive, and memorable.

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our valued customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

First Point of Contact:

Professionally and warmly handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information. Providing accurate information about our products/services, policies, and procedures. Providing customers with quotes as requested. Troubleshooting customer issues and working to find effective and satisfactory solutions. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and accuracy. Documenting customer interactions and feedback thoroughly in our CRM system. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer’s experience.

Listen and Empathize:

Actively listen to customer needs, understand their perspectives, and empathize with their situations. Contribute to
