Customer Service Associate RAM Marketing, Inc. Nesconset, NY 11767 Job description RAM Marketing provides a diversified range of inbound marketing services. Our area of expertise is medical, commercial and residential utility projects, telecommunications products & services and back-office support. We are currently seeking two part-time customer service representatives with expected hours 20 hours per week. Our office is located in Nesconset, NY. with operating hours Monday to Friday 9-5. As a Customer Service Representative your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will interact with our customers, company personnel, and various outside companies.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound telephone calls in a polite and professional manner Provide excellent customer care to each caller Identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions Recording customers’ information in the appropriate databases Proficiency with operating a computer and navigating Microsoft Windows operating system Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers Excellent problem-solving abilities to analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Customer experience required. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but is not required. Please submit your resume.
