No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Handle daily customer service tasks via email (minimal phone interaction) Prepare and send material certifications, invoices, and shipping information Create and manage spreadsheets in Excel Use Gmail and basic office tools for communication and documentation Enter and track orders using Fishbowl inventory system (training available)•This is a plus to have Support general office operations as needed Work independently and take initiative in a low-supervision environment SkillsTelephone Etiquette
