Medford, NY 11763 Job Overview We are a Commercial-focused Property & Casualty Insurance Brokerage seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive company image. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Communicate product information clearly to customers, ensuring they understand features and benefits. Perform outbound communication including phone calls and emails to follow up on customer inquiries and handle servicing and endorsement of policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Produce Certificates of Insurance and handle other servicing requests as needed. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management System (AMS) software. Required Experience/Credentials One to Two (1-2) years of experience in a similar role in the insurance industry.
