Director of Operations Job Summary:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate client’s product through company process from formula development, product quotation, purchase order procurement, label proofing and scheduled shipment dates for finished dietary/nutritional/sport supplement(s). Assessing customer complaints/questions by obtaining and examining all relevant information and distributing to proper departments to provide appropriate solutions/resolutions. Ensuring production timeline is on schedule and have the most up to date and current information. Coordinating with our logistics department for freight quotes/packing slips of finished goods for customer review. Must be comfortable communicating with customers via email, phone calls and in person to provide information about products and service. Must be detailed oriented and well organized. Must be able to multi-task as you will work with multiple customers daily. Must work well in a team environment.

Qualifications Education :

High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Training :

Must become knowledgeable of the customers we service

Experience :

1-2 years customer service rep experience preferred, strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access, strong verbal and written communication skills
