Customer Service Representative (CSR), Customer Service Representatives The Social Security Disability Advocates, LLC 2950 Express Drive South, Islandia, NY 11749 Responsibilities Answering phone calls and emails, Responding to customer questions and complaints, Making sure all deadlines are met, Screen potential Clients for benefits, The ability to deal with various personalities and scenarios including but not limited to advocates, coworkers, and clients, Gather medical and personal information from the clients. Record accurate and detailed notes; updating account status and client’s information into the computer system.
