Customer Solutions Specialist About the Role and Company-Customer Solutions Specialist CFS New York is working with awell-established professional services firm with a presencenationwide that services the country’s top corporate clients Theyare seeking an Customer Solutions Specialist to join their growingteam This role will be located in Long Island (Amityville) Someperks include offering free lunch on Fridays, hosting happy hoursand other events throughout the year Role Responsibilities-Customer Solutions Specialist Primary point-of-contact thatsupports selected clients Work closely with Field Managers onrequests and/or issues that may arise Provide operations support toall departments within the organization Schedule project crews forservices, training, and deliveries Creating and closing work ordersfor Regional spreadsheets and Project Crew schedules Customerliaison for follow-ups and customer service issues Updatecorresponding client systems to ensure tracking and billing of allservices performed Manage project budgets; review and correct anyvariances weekly Preferred Qualifications- Customer SolutionsSpecialist Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required 2 yearsprofessional experience; open to industry Experienced incoordinating and scheduling Exposure to systems / tech savvy Strongcustomer service skills LI-RP2
