You will be trained to help our customers with getting their orders accurately and timely as well as learning to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. You will be challenged to solve issues and work with Sales, Warehouse and Purchasing teams to make doing business with Merola Tile as easy as pressing a button. Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry Manage incoming calls Handling pick-ups Assisting customers Work with the Sales Team to resolve issues Work with Warehouses to ensure orders are shipped on time and online platforms are updated frequently. Build close relationships with our customers by building trust through open communication, having a sense of immediacy, and providing crystal clear communication. Constantly monitoring online platforms. Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call volume environment Previous work in an office setting

  • a plus Previous customer support experience
  • a plus Familiarity with ERP systems and business best practices
