Assist customers with online ordering, providing detailed information about features and benefits. Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
