Inside Sales & Customer Service Zo-Air Co Inc 1337 Lincoln Avenue, Holbrook, NY 11741 Help Wanted – Inside Sales Representative Specialty Industrial Distributor We are a well-established specialty industrial distributor seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a technical mindset to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and product information Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on application requirements Work closely with outside sales and technical support teams to ensure excellent customer service Process orders accurately and efficiently using internal software systems Maintain product knowledge across our range of specialty tools and equipment Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Requirements:

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field (industrial or technical sales preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and understand technical product information Comfortable using order entry and CRM systems (training provided) Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of industrial products such as torque tools, hoists, rigging, hydraulics, or similar equipment Experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment
