Welcome Desk-Customer Service Confidential 185 Larkfield Road, East Northport, NY 11731 We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and engaging in tasks leading to membership growth and retention.

Essential Responsibilities:

▪ Model and promote the organization’s mission, values, and guiding principles through positive attitude, appropriate appearance, words, and actions; and comply with the organization’s policies and procedures. ▪ Answer and follow up with phone calls, respond to inquiries, emails from new and current members. ▪ Performs administrative, clerical and office tasks in support of the organization. ▪ Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. ▪ Performs all registration and administrative support functions. ▪ May be assigned other tasks and duties related to their job responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

▪ This position is part time. Hours will vary but beginning from 7am to 8:30pm including weekends.

Required Education and Experience:

▪ Associates Degree. ▪ In lieu of a degree, 3 years relevant experience. ▪ Sales experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

▪ Must be organized, detail orientated and able to function in a fast-paced environment. ▪ Basic overall knowledge of Microsoft Office software with proficiency demonstrated in specific programs deemed critical to achieving performance goals. ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone. ▪ Ability to perform basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
