Customer Service Representative Costas & Tate Insurance Agency Inc New Paltz, NY 12561 Insurance experience is preferred Customer Service experience is preferred Data entry Taking payments Acquiring information necessary for quoting insurance Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Must have proper secretarial and grammar skills. This includes the ability to compose an email with proper punctuation and grammar Strong attention to detail Very strong interpersonal communication skills Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Handle complaints if necessary, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Training provided and commission offered once licensed We are a small family owned business started by mother and daughter who are both involved in daily operations. We have a very pleasant work environment. Our office is located in the town of New Paltz.
